Calvin D. Hedman, Managing Director

With his extensive merger and acquisition experience, Calvin holds a Certified Merger & Acquisitions Advisor (CM&AA) credential.  This designation allows him to assist our clients when they are purchasing or selling a business.

Calvin holds a California real estate broker’s license and is a registered representative of StillPoint Capital with the FINRA Series 62 (Corporate Securities Representative- Limited Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and 79 (Investment Banking Representative) registrations. Calvin also provides various consulting services to our clients, including estate and strategic planning. 

Calvin is a Certified Public Accountant serving as President of Hedman Partners and formerly as an audit partner in the Los Angeles office of Grant Thornton, an international CPA firm.
